The profiling service specialises in documenting (profiling) the service histories (Army, Naval, Air Force and Medical) of those who have fought in European and Continental American wars, from the Napoleonic period, Crimea, the Zulu Campaign, Egypt and Sudan, the Anglo-Boer War, WWI, WWII, the Korean war and Vietnam. Other will be added to the list in due course. A profile is a factual study of the subject’s activities, whether in the front line, in a supporting role or Home Defence, of those who fought and died, fought and returned or simply disappeared, never to be found.
The resultant documents are of varied sizes (30-60 A4 pages) and include a history of the unit (Battalion, Ship or Squadron), the Brigade, Flotilla or Wing and the Division. It included a full description of the medals to which the subject was entitled and is delivered bound in a hard-back cover with gilt titles.
